Conference Schedule

The Western Regional will be an exciting seminar that will concentrate on learning the techniques of Air-to-Air photography and the Photoshop skills to make the most of your photography! And your day can include an optional Air-to-Air photo flight.

Friday Evening: Check in a local hotel, and at 7pm join your PAPA colleagues for an informal dinner at Jalisco Restaurant, 618 Main St, Watsonville.

Saturday: Meeting at Experimental Aircraft Association Building, 60 Aviation Way, Watsonville

9:00-11:15	Air to Air Photography Techniques and Sample Photos presented by PAPA members Allen & Stan MacBean
11:30-noon	Vendor: Riot Creative Services www.riotcolor.com/services A Sunnyvale, CA reprographics firm specializing in large digital printing, mounting and laminating services
12:00-1:00pm	LUNCH
1:00pm	Presentation on Flight Formation Flying/Safety
2:00pm	Assign Photographers/Pilots to aircraft
3:00-5:00pm	Air to Air Photo Shoots (weather permitting) As planes land, photographers can proceed to the EAA building to download and edit photos for the Air to Air Photo Contest
5:30pm Dinner	Optional Dinner at Zuniga's Mexican Restaurant (next door to EAA Building).

Air-to-Air Photo Competition

An informal digital contest of the photos taken on the day's flights.

As planes land, photographers can proceed to the EAA building to download and edit their best photos to enter in this friendly competition
