Conference registration and fees will be handled separately from your cruise booking. A conference fee of $150* per person will include attendance at all seminars, presentations and workshops. While PAPA members will be attending the conference, accompanying family members may opt not to (and will therefore not pay conference fees). The PAPA Awards Ceremony on Saturday, March 3 after dinner, will be open to all PAPA cruisers, conference goers and their family members.
*$150 fee per person applies to PAPA members in good standing, their spouses and/or employees. Non-PAPA members will be charged for a one year membership in PAPA in addition to the $150 conference fee. Membership requirements must be met.

Cruise with your aerial photography friends and colleagues when PAPA sets sail for our International Annual Conference on the high seas. We are booked aboard the Carnival Destiny on March 1-5, 2012 for a four night cruise that departs from Miami, Florida with stops in Key West, Florida and Cozumel, Mexico.
This will be a conference and cruise like no other! Seminars, workshops and presentations are strategically scheduled to give PAPA cruisers the most time to enjoy the ship, the ports of call and your friends and family. We are offering unsurpassed information and educational opportunities, while still taking advantage of the most important thing PAPA has come to represent: friendship and camaraderie with those who share our passion for aerial photography. We learn best from each other.
And for all you workaholics, the cruise departs on a Thursday afternoon and returns early on a Monday morning… so no excuses about missing work. This is also the perfect opportunity to bring along the spouse, the kids, the in-laws and even perhaps a loyal employee or two!

Miami, Florida - revel in the vibrant atmosphere, beautiful ocean scenery and near-perfect tropical weather! Take in the sights at a South Beach café, browse the open-air shops of Bayside Marketplace and enjoy "un cortadito" in Little Havana.
Key West, FL - the "Conch Republic" is a festive island of colorful bars and equally colorful characters in what may as well be the tropics. America's southernmost tip, where Harry Truman spent his summers playing poker and running the country, is a delight. Visit Hemingway's house, and while you're on the island be sure to sample its culinary treasures, such as conch salad and of course, the world-famous Key Lime pie.
Cozumel, Mexico is well-known as a diving spot and home to the world famous Palancar Reef, which gives divers the opportunity to view thousands of brilliantly colored fish. Non-divers can kick back on a sun-drenched beach, or enjoy other seaside activities, such as shopping in the colorful marketplaces or dining in an open-air café.
PAPA's reserved staterooms are sold out and no longer available. You can still contact PAPA's cruise expert, Nicola Rowan at Helms Briscoe (see contact details below) for current pricing and available cabins. That way, you should be able to be seated with the PAPA group for dinner. You can also make a reservation with your favorite travel agent or online travel site. Be sure to make dining room reservations for early seating.
