Conference registration and fees are handled separately from your cruise booking. A conference fee of $150* per person will include attendance at all seminars, presentations and workshops. While PAPA members will be attending the conference, accompanying family members may opt not to (and need therefore not pay conference fees). The PAPA Awards Ceremony on Saturday, March 3 after dinner, will be open to all PAPA cruisers, conference goers and their family members.

Non-member fee for the conference includes one-year membership in PAPA if attendee is eligible $195 + $25 initiation fee. (Membership requirements must be met).
The PAPA International Image Judging has grown to become one of the most enjoyed and beneficial programs hosted by PAPA. As more members work toward earning their Masters Award, the quality of images has increased substantially, and participation has skyrocketed. All members are urged to participate in this program. This year, for the first time, the Image Competition will be completely digital. This is a result of the limiting factors of an international conference on a cruise ship. There simply isn't any space for a traditional show. Also, for the first time this year, the People's Choice voting will be online, enabling everyone in PAPA, not just those attending the conference, to participate and vote for the People Choice awards. The voting will take place on the members’ side of the PAPA website.
Images will be judged in five categories: Commercial, Artistic, Scenic, Construction Progress, and Air-to-Air
An entry fee of $25.00 will be charged for each image submitted, with a maximum of ten (10) images per photographer, not to exceed two entries in any given category. Fees collected offset the cost of awarded ribbons and plaques.

PAPA's reserved staterooms are sold out and no longer available.
By now you should have already booked your place on the PAPA cruise, to take advantage of our special rates. But if not, it's not too late - you can still book independently. Contact PAPA's cruise expert, Nicola Rowan at Helms Briscoe (see contact details below) for current pricing and available cabins. That way, you should be able to be seated with the PAPA group for dinner. You can also make a reservation with your favorite travel agent or online travel site. Be sure to make dining room reservations for early seating.
